Over the holidays, many local shelters experienced an influx of dogs and cats, each arriving with different needs—from medical care and recovery support to comfort and basic supplies. As shelters work to keep up with this increased demand, community support is more important than ever.

This March, Anchor of L🐾ve is hosting a Charity Donation Drive to help support animals currently in shelters and rescue care.

At this time, drop off is at my home in Historic Roswell, but we will be adding additional locations very soon.

At Anchor of L🐾ve, we thoughtfully choose where donations go by partnering with shelters facing the greatest and most urgent needs. We work behind the scenes to understand capacity challenges, resource gaps, and immediate priorities so support reaches animals where it can make the biggest impact.

For our March 2026 Charity Drive, all donated items and funds will be directed to the DeKalb County Animal Shelter, helping them care for the many dogs and cats currently relying on their team for safety, medical attention, and comfort.

By focusing our efforts, we ensure donations are meaningful, timely, and truly supportive of the animals who need them most.

Items Needed for Our March 2026 Charity Drive

🐾 Blankets (new or gently used)
🐾 Pet beds (washable preferred)
🐾 Towels and clean linens
🐾 Dog and cat toys
🐾 Treats (sealed, unexpired)
🐾 Dog and cat bowls
🐾 Leashes and collars (new or gently used)

Please ensure all blankets, towels, linens, beds, bowls, etc are clean prior to dropping them off.
